Larry helped me buy our first home on Mercer Island back in '95. Without him it wouldn't have happened. I was young and out of my mind scared about the whole buying process. I was looking at condo's because I couldn't believe I could afford a house. My business was only a few years old and I was panicked with uncertainty.
